A collection of websites accessible to older computers
Vintage computers are unable to keep up with today's internet browsing requirements. They have been left behind and now have limited access to most websites. The Classic Website Directory is a collection of websites and communities that are accessible to older web browsers/machines.
The retro computing community is always growing and working on interesting projects, so please submit any interesting finds.
For a website to be eligible for listing on the Classic Web Directory, it must be accessible via the HTTP protocol, lightweight (no JavaScript, built with CSS 1) and works on older browsers such as Internet Explorer 5. Otherwise it should be submitted to the Modern Web Directory.
